An increase in instances of domestic violence is unprecedented during this lockdown period coupled with anxiety, the stress of livelihood. Leaders, Managers & HR professionals are expected to deal with and support employees in preventing  & dealing with such instances. The program is designed to enhance the awareness & sensitivity about the Domestic Violence, Trauma, and provide practical insights for building their skills to help their team members subjected / witness to domestic violence, deal with it effectively.
