Self Isolation is an inevitable scenario at present and something which has come as a rare event in our lives. As we deal with this situation, and we manage our work on the other side, it is important for the mind to maintain its serenity and peace. Learning to balance the mind even in this intense and anxious situation, would help manifest a healthy and productive routine.
