Overview

Our breath is the very essence of life. Swara yoga is an ancient science which involves the systematic study of the breath flow through the nostrils (or swara). It is the science of the union of different vibrations created by sound of one`s own breath. By becoming aware of the breathing patterns, we can understand the effect it has on our body and mind. In this workshop, you will learn some simple and practical ways to use that very breathing to align your life and make it better. The practice of Swara Yoga can be used in daily life to save the vital force of Prana and to utilize it to get optimum benefit.

Anyone who needs help to improve health &  vitality, and practice unique breathing exercises
