Overview

Postpartum depression (PPD) usually happens after having a baby and affects around 15% of women. The baby blues affect between 50% and 75% of women after delivery.1 in 10 dads also experience postpartum depression and anxiety. PPD is a significant mental health condition affecting new parents, families & workplaces. It is crucial that people are informed so they can better recognize signs, offer empathy, and connect affected colleagues to resources. This session is designed to equip the participants with the knowledge and skills to understand PPD, reduce stigma, and promote a compassionate culture that supports mental health and well-being.
