1. Dr. Nandini Mundkur M.D is a developmental paediatrician based in Bangalore with a specialization in developmental disorders in young children. She has been in practice for over 30 years and is considered the pioneer to develop this speciality for the Indian academy of paediatrics. She is a Co-founder of totsguide.com, which works on early child development. She is also director of CCDD which is a referral centre for developmental disorders. It has wide based referrals from south Asian regions like Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal, Dubai, and Srilanka besides India. Trainee and advisor for developing guidelines for paediatricians in ASD, Learning disorders, ADHD for Indian Academy of Pediatrics.
2. Dr. Kirthika is working as Consultant developmental pediatrician at Centre for child development and disabilities (CCDD), Motherhood child developmental centre ,Hebbal Bangalore. She is trained in Developmentally supportive care in NICU(Development & supportive care foundation for Newborn & children) & completed her training in Prechtl’s General movements assessment of newborn & infants (GM trust, Europe). She is trained & certified in administering development assessment tools and has worked along with a multi disciplinary team in delivering early intervention to at risk infants. She has experience in early diagnosis of children in Autism spectrum & has good knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been conducting parental training workshops & research analysis on Parent based early intervention for Autism (EDITT- SCoPE program) and has done paper presentations in international & national conferences.Her special interests are Autism & High risk newborn follow-up.
3. Clifford Mohan Pai – A seasoned HR professional, Clifford Mohan Pai with almost three decades of experience workingacross Senior Leadership roles at various established organizations across multiple industries namely, Service, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, IT- ITES and start up environments. He has effectively built and led extensive HR teams, managing the HR function’s overall responsibility in integrating HR with business strategies having simultaneous dynamic growth of Human and Business capital globally. An alumnus of the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies (MILS), he is currently Vice President, HR Head – APAC & EMEA & Global Head – Employee Relations, Infosys BPM. Clifford is a prominent & respected Global HR Leader, passionate about Coaching, and believing that “a good Coach can change the game, a great Coach can change a life”. Clifford writes voraciously on LinkedIn and has dealt with some very unique subjects that impacts corporates and society at large. He understands and integrates multiple cultural diversity and believes that “what makes the world interesting is our differences, not our similarities”.
4. Shikha Mehra: Shikha, a graduate of St. Stephen’s and an MBA from ISB, is a marketing and sales professional turned full time Yoga Teacher and Nutrition & Wellness Consultant. She is an internationally certified Yoga teacher with a teaching experience of approx. 1500+ hours to around 300+ students across the globe. After working in the corporate industry for approx. 8 years, she quit her job and travelled to Rishikesh in 2018 to learn the art of Yoga. Since then, she has trained under multiple experienced yoga gurus across the country. Her classes are a mix of Vinyasa Flows, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Classical Hatha Yoga. She incorporates the essence of different styles in her classes to focus on all aspects of health – physical, mental, and spiritual. The classes are carefully and creatively designed to incorporate adjustments to suit individuals, including a fine balance of strength, balance, flexibility, agility, mindfulness, proper breath work, body mind connection, & relaxation.
