So much has changed over the last two years with the Covid-19 pandemic. Children are operating in a virtual remote world where online schooling, social distancing, and virtual connections have become the norm. Many kids are trying to cope with this changing paradigm and struggling with self-confidence as so much of their old world has changed; what they were good at before may no longer hold true. This program shall help participants appreciate the emotional turmoil in children, learn the techniques to help children cope with this new paradigm, and enhance their self-esteem & confidence to thrive in this unprecedented situation.​
