Overview

Our body and mind go through a lot of stress due to various factors. However, in recent times this stress has increased in multi-fold. Calming our mind hence becomes a necessity. Most meditation techniques are practiced in a stable and comfortable posture but there are also meditation techniques that involve movement.

The Cyclic Meditation, a technique derived from one of the Upanishads is also known as moving meditation. It is a unique form of meditation that is based on the principle of alternating stimulation (asanas) and relaxation. During the practice, emphasis is given on relaxation and awareness.
