Instructional design (ID) is the systematic practice of designing & developing holistic learning experiences. It fosters the skills to create effective learning solutions through different mediums. As humans keep evolving the process of acquiring new knowledge, it is imperative that instructors shift from generic ways of training to user-focused learning. This facilitator-led program is designed to equip participants to build a foundation in instructional design and build skills to create impactful learning interventions to enhance a learner’s competencies.
