1. Mr. Rajesh Kumar With a career spanning over 22 years, Rajesh started his journey with Oberoi McAlpine India Limited, Shimla. He is presently heading the Human Resources department at Lemon Tree Hotels, New Delhi. He has constantly risen up the ranks thanks to his risk-taking abilities and his passion and urge to bring in something better to the organization. He has continuously been evolving and implementing strategic HR initiatives like leadership development, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management.

2. Mr. Jose Kurian A person with physical impairment and presently working in Humanity & Inclusion (which is the new name of Handicap International), as a Regional Inclusion Specialist for Nepal, Sri Lanka, and India programs. Jose works very closely with different organisations like UNICEF Nepal, World Food Programme – Lao PDR, etc mainly to understand the level of inclusiveness within their programming and provide technical support to them to become a disability-inclusive organization.
