Event Details
Performance Management is perhaps one HR process that received maximum criticism and was subjected to a radical transformation in the last 8 – 10 years. Scrapping Bell Curve, moving from quarter-annual feedback to continuous feedback, use of technology to have real-time performance metrics, and moving from unidirectional feedback to multiple stakeholder feedback are some of the trends. Hybrid working and remote working have posed additional challenges for Managers and employees to have a fair and effective performance management system.
It’s time to revisit and examine if the Performance Management Systems are really performing. Do we need another set of re-alignment and adjustments to make it a worthwhile activity?
