Empathy is an essential ingredient for successfully leading individuals, teams, and the organization, especially in the current environment where team members are working remotely and maybe feeling isolated & disconnected. The stress level has never been so high as people are dealing with anxiety about illness or financial security etc. Given the people are experiencing a varying degree of emotions, it’s a challenge for any leader to adopt a uniform style.
