Calming down is a skill that be honed by understanding how our brain functions and practising techniques to bring the brain’s response to restore calmness. Being aware of what’s going on in our brains can help us put the breaks and calm down, rather than reacting in ways that hurt us later. This program shall help participants explore how different parts of our brains influence & control emotions & their responses; learn techniques to control our reactions to stressful emotions & restore calmness.
