Overview

A legally compliant investigation and fair enquiry is the foundation of justice under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Our practitioner-based program not only brings practical insights for IC members how to effectively conduct enquiry in a legally compliant manner; it also helps IC members build their skills of effective investigation into the matter, including deciding appropriate remedial measures based on the gravity of circumstances.
