Discussion around diversity & inclusion features in most Indian boardroom conversations today, yet the LGBTQIA+ community is often overlooked as being the invisible minority. The members mostly are misunderstood as straight as they do not feel safe sharing their identity. Leaders and HR professionals need to understand the unique circumstances of the members and develop interventions that promote equality.
