Restorative yoga is a restful practise that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. This program will be a combination of yin and restorative yoga and is designed to help participants feel meditative with asanas and helps balance our busy lifestyles
