Overview

Self Care is an important aspect of day to day living which supports us as we deal with the challenges of the day. Most of us are aware and may be practicing Physical Self Care - managing our eating, sleeping and exercise. We have other aspects of us such as cognitive, emotional, social, and such that need care too. This interactive & highly practical workshop is designed to give participants to learn about Conscious Self Care and to become active participants in their wellbeing and not look at self care as an afterthought.
