Overview

Managing Anxiety is about addressing the impulsive and unproductive behaviours as a result of imagined negative futures that feel real. This highly interactive and practical program takes participants from awareness of these unproductive behaviours to interventions and taking productive actions. This interactive & highly practical workshop is designed to give participants to learn handy tools & skills to use anxiety to their advantage rather than against them.

Anyone who wants to learn to use anxiety to their advantage.
