Overview

LGBTQAI+ inclusion at the workplace is still at it’s nascency. We have made reasonable progress in the initial phase and created a basic awareness about the importance and challenges of LGBTQAI+ inclusion. Its time we march forward, voice our support and express solidarity by becoming and promoting allyship. Allyship is a natural and proven way to promote diversity and inclusion at workplace, families and society at large.
