Increase in instances of domestic violence is unprecedented during this lockdown period coupled with anxiety, the stress of livelihood. While the victim tries to deal with the trauma, people in the organisation are expected to support employees in preventing & dealing with such instances. This program is designed to enhance the awareness & sensitivity about domestic violence, trauma and provide practical insights, available avenues to help the victim of domestic violence.
