The concept of Laughter yoga is based on the scientific fact that our body cannot differentiate between fake & real Laughter if done with willingness. One gets the same physiological & psychological benefits. In order to get scientifically proven health benefits of Laughter, we need to laugh continuously for at least 10-15 mins. In Laughter yoga, since laughter is an exercise, we can prolong it to bring measurable physiological changes like increased oxygen levels in the blood, muscle relaxation, blood circulation & release of certain hormones in the body etc.

The Laughter Yoga program is a unique, interactive group exercise which combines laughter, deep breathing and lots of fun, led by our expert facilitator.
