Objective: To bring uniform and consistent implementation of the HR processes, at all existing locations; bringing in strong process adherence, operational excellence; and building the capability for replicating the HR processes seamlessly with ease at future locations.

Scope of Work

  • To ensure that HR processes are well documented & implemented uniformly across 8 airports operated by Adani Airports, (Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangalore, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram Mumbai & New Mumbai) and future 12-13 more in next 24 month.
  • Replicate in a seamless manner, HR systems & processes at all future acquisitions.
  • Document SOP (Process document) of the HR processes (HR Operations, Talent Management)
  • Audit on SOP/Process document – Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annually
  • Creating Training module SOP and conducting Training for the HR teams at locations both current and future.
  • Periodic Review & Updation of (Half yearly) SOP as per requirement
  • On-going quarterly audits and periodic (six monthly) process updates.
