TA-NextGen is different: a fully live, facilitator-led journey designed for talent acquisition professionals with 2–6 years of experience—industry-agnostic and deeply grounded in real recruiter workflows.

Why TA-NextGen?

TA-NextGen is a live, facilitator-led programme for TA professionals with 2-6 years of experience. It’s industry-agnostic and based on real recruiter workflows, building strong practical end-to-end capability.

Upon completion of this learning journey, participants shall feel confident, inspired with deeper subject knowledge and sharpened skills to more efficient & effective talent acquisition professional.

Structure

8 modules × 3 hours, one session per week

Delivery

Live virtual classes; face-to-face option available for cohorts of sufficient size in select cities

Duration

Approximately 2 months (e.g., every Friday, 2:00–5:00 pm)

Capstone project presentation, competency assessment & certification

The program closes with a competency assessment and capstone evaluation, leading to a TA-NextGen certification from Enabling World.

TA-NextGen is led by Enabling World’s own co-founders, both of whom have personally built and run Talent Acquisition academies for corporate clients and bring direct, hands-on TA leadership experience to the classroom.
