Course Description
A legally compliant investigation and fair enquiry is the foundation of justice under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Our practitioner-based program not only provides IC members with practical insights on how to conduct an enquiry in a legally compliant manner; it also helps them build skills to investigate the matter effectively, including deciding appropriate remedial measures based on the gravity of the circumstances. It also includes post-program assessment for certification.
