Course Description

A legally compliant investigation and fair enquiry is the foundation of justice under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Our practitioner-based program not only brings practical insights for IC members how to effectively conduct enquiry in a legally compliant manner; it also helps IC members build their skills of effective investigation into the matter, including deciding appropriate remedial measures based on the gravity of circumstances. It also includes post program assessment for certification.

This training program brought lot of new learning on this complex subject. The case study and its enactment was so apt to drive the point that there are multiple realities to a situation and it is so very important to do a proper homework while dealing with the matter.

The program was both informative and engaging. There was a good balance between training on basic concepts and experiential learning. The use of a case study with a lot of 'grey' topics was especially useful.
