Course Description

A legally compliant investigation and fair enquiry is the foundation of justice under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Our practitioner-based program not only brings practical insights for IC members how to effectively conduct enquiry in a legally compliant manner; it also helps IC members build their skills of effective investigation into the matter, including deciding appropriate remedial measures based on the gravity of circumstances. It also includes post program assessment for certification.
