Comprehensive Journey With Experts
The HRBP learning journey is designed with the flexibility in mind. Journey consists core modules of 60 hours of learning spread over 6 months. Optional New Age HR modules covering varied topics involves about 12-18 hrs of learning. HR Functional learning is completely optional, and organisation can choose specific or all topics.
Duration shall depend upon the modules selected and depth in which participants needs to be trained on those subjects. Option of 100% Live Virtual Classes, Blended learning mode and fully in person.
