The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 makes it mandatory for the organisation is to have a policy and procedure for dealing with the instances of sexual harassment of women at workplace. Law mandates the employer to organise workshops and awareness programmes at regular intervals for sensitising the employees.
