Course Description

Sexual harassment in the workplace is a serious issue that demands proactive measures. Organisation leaders play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and respectful work environment. Also, The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 makes it mandatory for the organisation to take all measures to prevent sexual harassment at the workplace.
