While caregiver’s role is highly satisfying and rewarding, it also takes a tremendous toll on caregiver emotionally and physically. Caregiver must look after themselves as they do for the person in their care. Especially working mothers, at times, have too much on their plate. Given our social context, they have to juggle too many expectations. It becomes too strenuous to deal with, and the current pandemic has further increased the stress manifold. This interactive & highly practical workshop shall give participants insights, tools & techniques for self-care while caregiving.
