Life as a single parent can be stressful for individuals and for their children too. Today we see many single-parent families: headed by mothers, fathers, and by grandparents raising their grandchildren. Single parent may feel devastated by the responsibilities of day-to-day care for their children, managing work life, and finding solutions to household tasks. This interactive & highly practical program is designed to help participants face the difficulties of single parenting by learning about some techniques to manage it effectively.
