The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 makes it mandatory for the organisation is to have a policy and procedure for dealing with the instances of sexual harassment of women at workplace. Law mandates the employer to organise workshops and awareness programmes at regular intervals for sensitising the employees and orientation programmes for the members of the Internal Committee. Our practitioner-based program designed to build awareness, sensitivity, understand risks & their responsibilities to prevent & manage such instances and report any suspected instance of sexual harassment proactively.
