Unconscious biases lead to wrong talent decisions and prevent you from accessing a diverse talent pool. People involved in talent acquisition must constantly check for different biases at play in the selection process. This practitioner-led is designed to enlighten participants on identify their unconscious biases at different stages of recruitment, provide tools to adjust automatic patterns of thinking, and ultimately eliminate discriminatory behaviour to make fair and accurate talent decisions.
