Course Description
Social norms are changing – women in their late thirties are contemplating motherhood; some not at all; however, there is still a sizeable percentage of women who will have their first pregnancy in their twenties. Single mothers, same-gender relationships, or whatever maybe the circumstances of your colleague’s pregnancy, it is worth being equipped to handle the situation. This is a good way to make your colleague feel supported and avoid faux pas, awkward moments, or disrespectful banter between you, your team members and your pregnant colleague.
Our program is designed to equip participants understand the ramifications of working with pregnant colleagues, to manage a challenging time sensitively without impacting morale or the business.
