Course Description
Empathy is more critical today than ever before. During the current crisis, the workforce across the globe is under additional stress and dealing with health issues, primarily mental. An empathetic workplace fosters higher productivity and creativity besides reduced stress and related health issues. While the capacity for Empathy is in-born but this is a learnable skill. This interactive session shall cover how to create an empathetic relationship with our teams, co-workers, and managers to build a healthy environment that is supportive and dries better business results.
