Course Description

Our body and mind go through a lot of stress due to various factors. However, in recent times this stress has increased in multi-fold. Calming our mind hence becomes a necessity. Most meditation techniques are practiced in a stable and comfortable posture but there are also meditation techniques that involve movement. The Cyclic Meditation, a technique derived from one of the Upanishads is also known as moving meditation. It is a unique form of meditation that is based on the principle of alternating stimulation (asanas) and relaxation. During the practice, emphasis is given on relaxation and awareness. This program is focused to provide practical guidance on Cyclic Meditation practice that will help reduce stress and induce relaxation.
