Course Description

Microaggressions are subtle, apparently harmless comments, gestures, and actions targeted at typically under-represented groups adversely impacting their physical and mental well-being. It may appear to be a ‘tiny sting’ but has large ramifications in terms of employee well-being, engagement and productivity. Our interactive and engaging program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand this phenomenon and equip them to tackle the same and create an inclusive workplace
