Whether it is a general fact-finding conversation or an investigation, we must handle sensitive issues with professionalism, empathy, and rigour. This workshop is designed to equip participants with the skills, structure, and mindset required to conduct probing conversations with accuracy, fairness, empathy, and professionalism. Participants will learn structured probing techniques, explore biases that can influence investigations, and apply these skills through realistic case scenarios.
