Course Description

Yoga has enormous benefits for both body and mind, but with fast pace of life is fast, we may find our minds and bodies speed up to match it making us overwhelmed and drained. If we are also drawn to a strong, dynamic yoga practice or other high intensity exercise, then we may get overstimulated. Restorative yoga is a restful practise that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. This program will be a combination of yin and restorative yoga and is designed to help participants feel meditative with asanas and helps balance our busy lifestyles
