The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on people’s mental health. Mental health conditions can be effectively treated still coverage remains extremely low. People with mental health conditions often experience discrimination and stigma. Increased awareness about Mental health will not only help reduce stigma but also increases access to treatment. Governments and other organisations across the world too recognized the need to scale up awareness and quality mental health services at all levels. This program aims to provide insights and practical tips to understand the mental health spectrum and provide easy-to-use tools & techniques to take care of your mental health and provide support to others too.
