Course Description

Pregnancy is a transformative journey- physically, emotionally, and mentally. Yoga, when practised safely during pregnancy, has been shown to reduce back pain, improve sleep, lower stress and anxiety, and prepare the body for labour and delivery. This session is facilitated by a yoga expert and is specifically adapted for the corporate setting. No prior yoga experience required. Ideal for expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy, this session supports their wellbeing and helps them feel seen, supported, and empowered during one of life’s most significant transitions.
